How do I cook a quick slow-carb dinner?

recipe I am a big fan of "the 4 hour body", as today was a busy day, this is what I came up with for a quick fish dinner. It has Canned Tuna, Onions, Spinach, Cilantro, Green and Serrano Peppers, hint of turmeric, and very little olive oil,.. all sauteed lightly.
